Andrea Kilmer is a Certified Public Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for The ESG Companies, Virginia Beach. She has extensive and diverse experience in all areas of finance and business operations, including management and development of shopping centers, residential developments, marinas, restaurants and many other ventures.
In addition to her substantial business accomplishments, Andrea graduated Cum Laude from Old Dominion University with a B. S. degree in Business Administration and holds memberships and professional licenses in a number of organizations. Andrea is an active community volunteer, having served as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Strawberry Festival for over ten years, a Board Member and Treasurer of the LagoMar Civic League for over 10 years, assisting with the formation of Operation Smile, a member of Hilltop YMCA Board, a Scouting leader, an active member of her church, a soccer coach, the mother of two Eagle scouts and the wife of Ron, her husband for 30 years.
